Empowering Innovation

Every year at the Think Tank, we take the theme of Empowering Innovation and breathe new life into it. Why? Because innovation isn’t something you do once — it’s a way of being. It’s the spark that keeps your practice growing, your confidence building, and your clients experiencing transformation.

In 2026, we’re focusing on what happens when empowerment and innovation don’t just inspire you in the moment, but compound over time. When you layer year upon year of new ideas, fresh methods, and shared breakthroughs with fellow practitioners, the impact multiplies.

This Think Tank is about fueling that momentum. It’s about gathering with like-minded colleagues who are on the same path — each of us refining, strengthening, and innovating in ways that ripple far beyond our practices. Together, we’ll push the boundaries of what’s possible with the QEST4, while also fortifying the confidence and clarity you need to carry that innovation into every session, every client interaction, and every vision you hold for the future.

When practitioners empower each other, innovation doesn’t just happen — it thrives. And that’s exactly what we’ll be creating in Salt Lake City, UT in 2026.

Lauren Baca

Lauren Baca is a clinically trained herbalist, dietician, bioenergetic practitioner, and homeopath-in-training who specializes in terrain-based healing, vibrational medicine, and the emotional roots of chronic illness. She is the founder of Innate Body Academy, where she mentors emerging and established practitioners in mastering the art of energetic pattern recognition through personalized, intuitive, and frequency-based modalities.

Rooted in a deep respect for lineage-based healing traditions and the ancestral knowledge of land-based cultures, Lauren weaves these teachings with modern frequency medicine to help clients and students reconnect with their body’s intelligence, emotional blueprint, and vital force. Her work with the Qest4 system integrates homeopathy, flower essences, herbal energetics, and constitutional insight, guiding others toward a more skillful, embodied, and heart-centered practice.

Grounded in an eco-somatic perspective, Lauren views the body as both an ecological and energetic system, mirroring the state of our internal terrain as well as our relationship to the natural world. She believes that true healing is relational: it asks us to listen more deeply to the wisdom of the Earth, to our spirits, and to the stories held within our cells.

The Terrain Speaks: Homotoxicology & “The Direction of Cure” with Lauren Baca

Dis-ease is not random, it follows a pattern, an unfolding that reflects both the body’s intelligence and its inherited burdens. In this presentation, Lauren Baca will explore the intersection of homotoxicology & miasmatic theory, and the Qest4 system to reveal how energetic medicine can help us read the deeper story beneath symptoms.

Drawing from the six-phase table of homotoxicosis, Lauren will share how to recognize whether a client is in a state of excretion, deposition, or degeneration, and how this relates to the movement of the vital force, suppression, and the deeper imprint of miasmatic influence. By integrating homeopathic philosophy with bioenergetic data, she offers a unique framework for mapping not only the current terrain, but also the direction of healing.

This presentation is ideal for practitioners ready to move beyond protocols and into pattern recognition, where healing becomes a conversation between what has been inherited, what is being expressed, and what is ready to be released.

Addressing Autoimmunity For Optimal Immune Function With Danelle Aliseo

Autoimmune disease occurs when the body’s immune system mistakenly attacks its own healthy tissues and organs. Normally, the immune system defends the body against harmful invaders like bacteria, viruses, and toxins. In autoimmune diseases, the immune system cannot differentiate between normal cells and foreign pathogens, leading to inflammation, damage, and dysfunction in affected tissues.

By addressing imbalances related to toxins, infection, inflammation, and more, along with providing necessary strengthening support we can help the body in its journey to optimal immune function.

With eight years of experience working in the medical field as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Medical Assistant (MA), Cynthia developed a deep appreciation for both clinical medicine and the body’s innate ability to heal.

Her work integrates modalities including Bowenwork, vibroacoustic therapy, therapeutic music, corrective exercise, and mind–body practices. Through years of clinical observation, she developed The Body Communication Model™, which explores how the body stores, communicates, and releases emotional experience through fascia and the nervous system.

Cynthia is passionate about helping practitioners better understand the body’s signals and how supporting nervous system balance can help restore homeostasis and allow the body to return to its natural blueprint for balance.

When the Body Speaks Beyond Words

Fascia, Emotion, and the Path Back to Balance

Cynthia Joy Bowen introduces The Body Communication Model™, a framework for understanding how the body stores, communicates, and releases emotional experience through the interaction of fascia and the nervous system. Emotional stress and life experiences can influence nervous system responses that become reflected in patterns within the body’s fascial network. By understanding how fascia reflects emotional physiology and how the autonomic nervous system—particularly the vagus nerve—shapes the body’s response to stress, practitioners gain a deeper perspective on the patterns they observe. Attendees will learn how recognizing these patterns can help support nervous system balance, allowing the body to restore homeostasis and return to its natural blueprint for balance.

Navigating PTSD: Tools for Practitioners Supporting those Impacted by Trauma

Trauma doesn’t just affect individuals — it ripples through families and entire communities. PTSD is a mental health condition that can develop after a terrifying event, causing someone to relive the experience through flashbacks or nightmares, avoid reminders, feel emotionally numb or negative, and remain in a state of hypervigilance with disrupted sleep and heightened reactivity. In this presentation, Jaimie Parisi will blend clinical strategy with lived experience to equip you with practical tools for supporting those impacted by trauma. She will teach a focused scanning and customization approach, so you can test — not guess — what the body truly needs.  Participants will receive structured resources, including worksheets and a digital client progress report template, to support organization and clear communication. You will also leave with actionable strategies, custom test-building items related to trauma, and complementary therapy considerations you can integrate into your practice.

Jaimie Parisi, CNHP, is a licensed Virginia educator, homeschooling parent, and lifelong learner whose personal and professional experiences inspired her to found Reclaiming Wellness. Driven to find answers beyond symptom management, Jaimie was drawn to natural and supportive approaches that honor the body’s innate capacity for healing.

Today, she helps adults and children reclaim wellness naturally through tools including QEST4 bioenergetic testing, supplementation, neurofeedback, and lifestyle support. She is especially passionate about the intersections of chronic illness, brain/nervous system health, and emotional wellness, and works with complex cases where these factors often overlap.

Through her practice and teaching, Jaimie supports families seeking answers and practitioners looking to deepen their understanding of emotionally influenced, complex health patterns — with curiosity, compassion, and respect for each individual’s unique story.

Decoding The Food List: What the Body is Telling You and Why

Your food list is not just a piece of paper with food on it — it is a map of how the body is communicating with you. Every food that shows up on that list is a clue, and when you know how to read it, you can begin to understand the deeper story the body has been trying to tell you. This presentation teaches you how to decode that list, connect it to the food groups that matter most, and use that information to understand where inflammation, poor digestion, toxic buildup, and nutritional gaps may be coming from — so you can stop guessing and start with a clear and focused plan.

Practitioner Collaboration

Join fellow QEST4 practitioners for an interactive collaboration session designed to foster learning, connection, and shared clinical insight. During this discussion-based segment, attendees will have the opportunity to exchange experiences, discuss real-world observations, and explore practical applications of QEST4 technology in a supportive peer environment. Guided by selected topics, participants can gain new perspectives, discover innovative approaches, and learn how other practitioners are addressing common challenges and achieving successful outcomes in their clinics. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or newer to QEST4, this session offers valuable opportunities to learn from the collective experience of the community.
