I had some blood work done a few months ago and when the doctor was reviewing the results with me, he explained that my Vitamin D level was “extremely low.” It was below “normal” range, and well below the accepted standard for preventing mental health issues like depression. Each capsule is 5,000 IU of D3 and 180 mcg of K2. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. The D3 from a vegan source, for those who care about that. The Vitamin K is from fermented natto, making it more bioavailable, which is cool.
