Product Review: Adaptogen by BioLight

I first learned about adaptogens when I was in school studying nutrition. I remember learning that these herbs are great for helping the body manage stress, balance hormones, and basically adapt to life’s challenges. What a great tool! Who among us couldn’t use a little help managing the stresses and challenges of day-to-day life?
